Jeremy Knap

Jeremy Knap is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of J&S Realty, which currently owns and operates 401 multifamily units, at a valuation of ~$55MM, across South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. His primary functions include accounting, operations, legal, financial statement preparation and analysis, and asset management.

Jeremy previously worked at GTJ REIT as a Senior Accountant. His primary responsibilities included managing the accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, preparing property level financial statements, budgeting and variance analysis, reconciling tenant accounts, underwriting potential acquisitions, analyzing leasing activity, and compliance. Jeremy began investing in South Carolina real estate in 2017. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Scott Regan

Scott Regan is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of J&S Realty, which currently owns & operates 401 multifamily units, at a valuation of ~$55MM, across South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. His primary functions include evaluating property-level financial performance, modeling cash flows, interpreting valuation and physical risk, identifying new investment opportunities and asset management. J&S target investments are Class C and B, multifamily assets where value can be added through operational or physical enhancements.

In previous roles at Greystone and Sabal Capital Partners, he closed over $2 billion worth of multifamily transactions across 300+ deals, in credit analysis and deal sizing roles. Scott began personally investing in real estate in 2017 in South Carolina with single-family homes. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Daniel Donnelly

Dan Donnelly founded Donnelly Mechanical in 1989 and Donnelly Sustainable Energy Services (SES) in 2009. In 2018, Donnelly Mechanical was acquired by ENGIE North America. Donnelly Mechanical Corp is one of NYC’s premier mechanical contractors with $150 million in revenue and more than 200 employees.

Currently, Mr. Donnelly owns and operates a commercial industrial building in Queens. Dan has owned, operated and sold industrial, single-family and condo rental properties in Long Island, NYC and the Poconos.

Robin Fisher

Robin Fisher has 18+ years of experience as a commercial real estate broker. She has advised many private equity and venture capital firms in the evaluation of real estate obligations for portfolio companies. Robin is known for executing expansion and disposition strategies throughout NYC while mitigating risk profiles for her clients. Ms. Fisher was honored as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Young Person of the Year for 2020. She is the recipient of Newmark Knight Frank’s Rising Star Award for 2010 and the Real Estate Board of New York’s Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award for 2008.

Robin Fisher is also the Founder & CEO of BLACE, a unique space booking platform and vendor management tool. BLACE enables professionals that work for Big Tech, Media, and Fortune 1000 companies to book unique commercial and residential space for a wide array of events ranging from private chef dinners and management meetings to celebration parties and product launches/activations.


Michael Negari

Michael Negari is the co-founder, president and director of finance of Sovereign Capital NYC, providing underwriting, financing and capital-raising of off-market commercial properties. Mr. Negari spent 11 years in the mergers and acquisitions sector. As an M&A Associate at Oberon Securities, he assisted corporate clients with their acquisitions, divestiture and capital raising efforts across a number of sectors as he led deal teams. Prior to Oberon, Mr. Negari was a senior consultant at DLA where he provided acquisition guidance to several mega and mid-market sized private equity firms within real estate and financial institutions. Before this role, Michael served as a senior associate at Duff & Phelps’ Valuation Advisory Services Group, focused in M&A. Before entering the M&A space, Michael received his MBA in Corporate Finance from Fordham University. He has served several reputable clients in his career, including D.E. Shaw, Fortress Investment Group, Apollo Management, Conversus Capital, Newcastle Investment Corp., The Carlyle Group, among others. Mr. Negari also is the director of finance for the Kohan-Sovereign Retail Fund.


Ben Bullock

Ben Bullock, CFA, is a commercial real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience in asset management, securitization, real estate technology, and debt underwriting. Ben began his career in Freddie Mac Multifamily and is currently a senior underwriter on the agency debt platform at Greystone. Ben is a CFA charterholder and graduate of Columbia Business School.
